Details:
Sparring will be done first then forms. Make sure that you have your
equipment with you when you enter the competitor area and ring.
RULES: WTF-AAU Modified, two points for light head shot for all age groups.
One point for body shots. For sparring the Gap and Cap rule will be applied.
Gaining a 7-point lead or when a competitor scores a maximum of 12 points
the match will be stopped and a winner declared.
